Coming Home: Remodeling for Multiple Owners

One of our favorite parts of the business is helping homeowners reimagine their homes to meet their evolving needs. For this Grand Rapids Township remodel, our clients were parents with young children who had recently relocated from Chicago and were eager to create a welcoming space for multi-generational living and hosting guests.

This project was particularly special because we had already completed several upgrades in this same home: a master bathroom renovation, a sunroom addition, and an updated kitchen. When the previous homeowners recommended us to the new owners, it felt like coming full circle. Our team was excited to build on that trust and familiarity to bring fresh ideas to life with this basement remodel.
