Yes. In fact, most home additions will add value to your home.

Q: Where is the best place to build a mother-in-law suite addition?

This depends on the layout of your home. Our team will take a look at your home, listen to your wishlist, and let you know where the best place for a mother-in-law suite would be.

Q: What should I do with my pets during a home remodel?

If you have larger pets that might want to “help” us during construction, you might consider finding a pet sitter for a few weeks. This will help us stay on schedule and keep your furry family member from getting hurt.

Q: I want my home to be modern, but I can’t decide which home trends I like. Can you give me multiple design options to choose from?

Absolutely. We will work with you to pick and choose elements to create your dream space.

Q: I want to open up my living room. Can you help with that?

Opening up spaces is one of our favorite things to do for our clients. We’ll help you make the most of your space.

Q: Can I add a fireplace to my living room?

Most often, yes. We’ll evaluate your living space and see where a fireplace fits in the picture. If you don’t have any fireplaces in your home, we will most likely need to install new gas lines or a chimney.

Q: I don’t have an exhaust fan in my bathroom. Can you add one?

Yes. We work closely with experienced electricians and HVAC partners who can install an exhaust fan in your bathroom.

Q: How long do bathroom remodels take?

Good things take time! It will take us eight to twelve weeks to transform your current bathroom into your dream bathroom.

Q: What is the first stage of a bathroom remodel?

The first stage of a bathroom remodel (and any remodel) is the planning stage. We take measurements of your space and create a floor plan for you to look over. We work together until we land on a bathroom design you love.
